The hotel had a lovely room of a high standard, but unfortunately, there was an overwhelming perfume odor that made it hard to sleep. The service was exceptional with knowledgeable staff who went above and beyond to assist. The location was excellent, right across from the St James tube station, making it convenient to explore the city. I was lucky to stay in a suite at no extra cost, which was larger than most rooms in London hotels I've visited before. The facilities were excellent and made my stay very comfortable. The service went above and beyond, making sure my experience was outstanding and even providing valuable tips on places to visit. The location was perfect, only a short walk to Westminster Abbey and right across from St James Park station, making it easy to explore the city. Being a Hilton Diamond member, I had access to the fabulous Executive Room with daily tea, breakfast, and snacks, which was a real treat. However, some rooms are small and may pose mobility challenges for two people. The service was top-notch, from the professional and cordial staff to the thoughtful birthday surprise of champagne. The location was superb for sightseeing, with easy access to many local attractions and the tube. While the dining options were varied and satisfying, the facilities were excellent, meeting all my needs during my stay.
